[06.05.10] Wonder Girls World Tour Concert – the best day of my life!

(I would say this is a short summary about the concert. lol. If I were to go into more detail, it would be continuous, hehe. ;D)

A few pics before the concert…(my fansigns and waiting in line.)

The show in all was awesome! xD But before the concert and ‘meet and greet’ my sisters and I had to go look for parking. We came there around 4:15ish and there were already a good amount of cars parked by the building, so my sister had to park behind the back. As she was driving, I noticed someone looking out the window of the building. I looked closer and noticed who it was. I screamed so loud that I scared my sisters, and they got all confused and asked me what I was screaming about. I pointed to the window and screamed, “It’s Wooyoung!!”. He looked at the car and I started waving back at him, but I doubt he saw me cause of the tint of the car. So my sister backed up a little and I rolled down the window screaming out his name again. He looked at us and started laughing. I showed my 2PM fansign that I made and yelled his name again as I waved. He kept smiling and finally he waved, then left the window instantly. After he waved I screamed like a freakin’ fangirl that I am. ;D And during that whole encounter there was this lady trying to cross the street. I’m sure she thought we were crazy, but who cared. lol. After we got out the car, my sisters kept asking me if it really was him (they didn’t really get a good look at him, but I knew it was him. I couldn’t record a video or take pictures cause it happened so suddenly =P) As we got to the front of the building there were already a bunch of people lined up. Many had fansigns (including me. ;D), albums, posters and many had brought them gifts. A security guard came out and told the V.I.P people to be in one line and the others that were there just for the concert in another line. My sisters and I went to the V.I.P side and waited patiently to get inside, but as an hour and then some passed many of us were getting impatient (yes, I was one of the many but it was worth it. lol). It was hot outside and all I wanted was a little AC. lol. Eventually they let us in an hour and a half late. (around 6ish – 6:15ish >.<)

We made it inside (not in the concert area though.) and waited some more in line. Many were dissapointed when the guards mentioned no autographs. (BOOO~ XP) While we waited, there was a sudden loud cheer from the side of the line. 2PM was walking across the room into their side of the booth. (2PM was on one side of the room taking pictures, and Wonder Girls were on the other side.) The line suddenly began moving and it was picture time! As my sisters and I made our way down the stairs we saw Chansung sticking out from the booth and we tried taking a picture of him, but the room was too dark (not to mention he was wearing all black. lol). We were getting closer and closer to the Wonder Girls booth and we were getting nervous. Sooner or later it was our turn to take a picture with them and they were so freakin’ pretty!! (I love Yubin’s hair!) They didn’t even seem as tall as I thought they were. keke. My sisters and I decided to take a group picture together with them. (I wanted to take it separately but we decided not to. =P) Plus, they said only one camera per group. xP Sunye asked my sister if we were friends and she said we were sisters. xD (that was like a 2 second conversation between them. lol) The most dissapointed part…all my sisters got touched by them except for me! O.O Sunye had her arms around two of my sisters and Lim was touching my other sister. I was by Sohee and Yeeun. Why no arm around me?! Lol, it was okay though. I kept wanting to look at them but was ssoooo nervous. XP It was my first time meeting them too so I didn’t know what to do. -.- I could feel Sohee looking at me the whole time, which made it so hard to look back at her. Blah~ =P After we took the picture, we gave them a quick ‘fighting’ then had to leave to take a picture with 2PM. We all didn’t want to leave so quickly but we felt rushed by the guards. We didn’t even get to hug them because we were nervous and sweating bullets! lol. As we were leaving my sister wanted to touch Yeeuns hair. hehe. (she was fangirling behind her. lol.) When we came to 2PM’s booth, they were all so tall (especially Taecyeon). I don’t know who said it, it was either Nickhun or Wooyoung, but when we came to take a picture with them, one of them said, “Oh wow..” (On the inside, I was screaming. lol xD) We took the picture with them and also gave them a quick ‘fighting’ before leaving. My sister told me that Chansung accidently hit her arm then politely said sorry (she said he hit her arm fats. lol). And my other sister said she could feel Nickhun’s front (abs. lol) lightly touching her back. And me…no touch action. lol. But…it’s okay though. As we were leaving my sister kept waving at Chansung and Wooyoung and they smiled back. We were fangirling all the way to the concert area. haha.

When we made it to the concert area, we decided to stand in the front on the left side from the stage (we were going to sit in the balcony section, but decided not to.) We had to wait another hour or so before the concert started. It was still pretty empty since it was just the V.I.P people in there at the time. We recorded around the place a little bit and took some pictures. We all were thirsty so my sister went to the bar that was beside the stage and bought a bottle of water, for how much you ask? 4 freakin’ dollars!! O.O You know how much I could buy for that? Now that was just ridiculous! lol. Anyways, she bought the bottle of water and we drunk it all in less than 5 minutes. lol. (What a waste of money. xP) As we waited, there were many people up in the balcony area with professional cameras just taking pictures of the crowd. They took some pictures of us with our fansigns and whatnot. lol. Then this guy came on stage holding a camera and was filming the crowd. (AKA Mark PD. Yes, I knew I’ve seen his face somewhere; now I realized that was him. lol.) I’m not sure if he was their manager or part of the Wonder Girls staff or something like that (I remember seeing him in their MTV Wonder Girls shows like way back in season 1.) Anyways, he rarely came on our side and kept going to the other side. He eventually came on our side and zoomed the camera all up in our faces. lol. (I’m sure he caught my Wonder Girls fansign that I made them. keke. ;D) It was almost show time so they let in the rest of the people. The floor area, even up in the balcony was packed. People were already shoving, trying to get close to the stage as possible, and it became hot quick. A few more minutes passed and the show began!

Concert time!~ 2PM!~

2PM walked out on stage and everybody screamed at the top of their lungs (I know I did ;D. Their sexay bodies!! lol. I held up my fansign that I made as high as I could so that they can see it. hehe.) They performed only 5 songs, “Without U”, “Heartbeat”, “Again & again”, “I Hate You” and “10 points out of 10″. They also had quick english intros between the songs. I couldn’t really understand what they were saying because of all the screaming, but their engrish was really cute. ^_^ They also mentioned Junsu not being there (he wasn’t present due to his leg injury. =P) After their last performance they introduced the Wonder Girls and a big white cloth draped over the stage. A few minutes of anticipation and the music started! (Some people were already leaving even before Wonder Girls started performing. You know what I say about that? HOW RUDE!! XP Why be at a Wonder Girls concert when you’re not even going to watch them perform?! Of course they were there just for 2PM. -.- Folks nowdays. >:P)

Anyways…back to Wonder Girls. Over the big white cloth they showed each of the members silhouettes with their names on top and they each did a small solo dance. The drape fell and they started performing “I Wanna”. Yeeun’s shades fell off her sleeve (which they had to wear for their next performance, “Goodbye”). As they were performing I held up my sign and yelled out their names, trying my best to get their attention. After I yelled, I swear Yeeun kept looking at my me, as if she was trying to read my fansign. xD (by the way I think my sisters I were the only ones on our side with fansigns. haha. My sisters couldn’t hold their signs up because theirs were too big and would be in peoples way. >.<) I was yelling and screaming like crazy when she looked and smiled. After that I just kept screaming her name. lol. I was just too happy. After that they talked a little, in which Yeeun yelled out the wrong city (she yelled, "Wassup DC!", but quickly corrected herself and said Atlanta. lol Cute fail. ^^). After talking for a little bit they performed "Don't Cha" & "So Hot". They introduced themselves after and Yeeun apologized for saying the wrong city. (She said she was nervous. ;D) They thanked everybody that came to the concert and for supporting them for their US tour. After, they performed "Nobody (Rainstone Remix)" with the chairs! (It was hot! <3). They performed "This Time" and their solos after. Lim was first and she performed "Lip Gloss", Yubin performed "Boom Boom Pow", Yeeun sang "Mercy", Sohee performed "Single Ladies" (courtesy of Yeeun & Yubin as her back-up dancers on the big screen in the back. lol.) and Sunye sang "Paparazzi" (she had a camera prop in her hand. ^^ and the big screen showed random pictures of her and the other members). They all came out and performed "Survivor" (like the performance they did at 2008's KBS Gayo Song Festival.) After they asked if anybody knew what 'saranghae' meant (of course I knew so I screamed out "I love you". lol) and they sang "Saying I Love You", which was of course written by Yeeun. (They brought out a little mini piano where Yeeun played on it. They also had fake snow for the effect. ). After that lovely performance they talked about supporting them forever and ever (and of course I will. hehe) and sang "Stick Wit Chu". After, they took a break and showed their "2 Different Tears" MV on the big screen. When the MV ended their 'Nobody' mic props were set on stage and they came out and performed "Nobody" with their sparkly dresses on. (towards the end of the song Yeeun tripped on one of the mics and fell. =P Don't worry, she's okay. hehe.) They talked one last time and taught us the "Tell me" dance. They told us that was the last song and started performing it. After the performance they gave us their goodbyes and left the stage. Everybody thought that was the end, but then the big screen showed a little video montage about their success in the US this past year. (there were little bits when they showed Sunmi, which made me kinda sad. =( It made me wonder what she was up to nowadays. =P) The screen became dark and then everybody started chanting "Encore, encore, encore…", and you know what…Wonder Girls came out and performed "2 Different Tears"! During the middle of the song Sohee's dress strap fell and she had to hold it up throughout the whole performance. (I yelled "Sohee, 괜찮아 (gwaenchanha)" [which means 'it's okay']). She looked so uncomfortable but kept on performing. As the song ended, she tried to rush off stage, but they had to give their final goodbyes and bowed to the stage. And then…they finally left. Also a guy (aka cheeyoung) threw his sign on stage and Yubin picked it up and took it. I had the urge to throw mine too, but I felt too far away from the stage that I was afraid it wouldn't make it. =P As soon as the concert officially ended the guards were rushing us out the place. So all in all, it was a 'wonderful' performance. hehe. It ended too quick, but it was a blast. I really, really, REALLY hope that they come back so that my sisters and I can be better prepared the next time we see them.

WONDER GIRLS, THANK YOU FOR COMING TO ATLANTA AND SHOWING US A GREAT PERFORMANCE! THOUGH I HEARD SOME PEOPLE WEREN'T THERE TO SEE YOU GUYS, MY SISTERS AND I WERE ONE OF THE MANY SUPPORTING YOU GUYS OUT THERE. ;D PLEASE COME BACK SOON!~ SARAGHAE!!~ <3 WONDER GIRLS JJANG!! ^^ (AND 2PM AS WELL. ;D)
